Gluten Free Matzo

3/4 cup Breads From Anna® Original or our Corn and Dairy Free Bread Mix
¼ cup very cold water

Equal parts white rice flour and tapioca starch for dusting

Bagels

  1. Proof the yeast by mixing it with the water (heated to 105 degrees) and sugar. Cover with a piece of saran wrap - this creates a humid, warm environment and helps the yeast proof faster.

Original Bread Mix

For best results with the gluten-free mix (orange/red label); when baking in the oven, use two smaller bread pans, 4-1/2" x 8-1/2", or make one loaf of bread in a standard size loaf pan and remove enough mix to make a small pizza or four to six dinner rolls or hamburger buns (please see the recipes section for instructions on how to do this).
