Follow Breads From Anna Piecrust recipe with the following exceptions. Replace 1/4 milk (or water), with 1/4 cup of fresh apple cider. Plus, add 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
Press the bottom crust into the pie pan. Roll out the top crust between 2 pieces of waxed paper and put in freezer for about 20 minutes. Peel off one sheet and place crust on pie, then peel off the other sheet of waxed paper. Bake and enjoy!
