Pumpkin Bread Mix

Bulk-Pumpkin Bread

Note: We recommend a scale to measure out your flour (most accurate)

Do not use a liquid measuring cup for dry ingredients.

Ingredients:

  • Breads From Anna Pumpkin Bread Mix
  • 2 Whole eggs
  • 1/3-cup oil (Canola, butter, coconut or grapeseed)-olive oil is not recommended
  • 1-cup Pumpkin Puree (we recommend Libby's Pumpkin Puree)
  • 1/2-cup chopped walnuts (optional)

If making muffins, we have found that they are more moist and tasteful when baking for approximately 17-22 minutes  for large muffins, and 13-16 minutes for mini muffins. Please keep in mind that oven times vary.

Leftover Pumpkin?

After preparing our Breads From Anna® Pumpkin Bread Mix, most people end up with leftover pumpkin puree. Here is a tasty idea of what to do with that leftover pumpkin.

Mix the remaining pumpkin with the following:

  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup sugar

This recipe can either be used with either Breads From Anna® Pumpkin Bread Mix or Banana Bread Mix.

  • 1-1/2 cups of shredded zucchini
  • 2/3 cup nuts (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2/3 cup mini chocolate chips
  • Along with the 1/3 cup of oil and 2 large eggs listed on the package of mix.

Mix all ingredients together then mix in prefered flour mixture (either pumpkin or banana). Bake as directed on package.
