The gluten, yeast, corn, dairy, soy and rice free bread offers the same excellent texture and high fiber and protein content. This all-purpose flour blend hopes to address even more food allergies or sensitivities by being yeast-free. Also, a small amount of crystallized honey is used in this bread. There is growing evidence that honey can aid digestion.

Use this mix as a foundation for many bread products including wraps, pizza, muffins, cinnamon raisin bread and dinner rolls. This bread turns out very well made egg free, in fact we think it tastes even better made egg free using our egg replacemnt recipe.

The yeast-free bread is a breeze to prepare. Gather up a mixing bowl and a spoon, blend the wet and packaged dry ingredients and pop in the oven for 70 minutes. Stays fresh for several days and freezes well.

  • Each bag of Breads From Anna® Yeast Free Mix makes a large loaf in the oven (16-20 slices). (Not recommended for the bread machine.)
  • All mixes have a two year shelf life if stored in a cool, dry area.

Breads From Anna® Yeast-Free Bread Mix Ingredients:

Tapioca flour, arrowroot, chickpea flour, pinto bean flour, potato starch, millet, Montina®, crystallized honey, Xanthan Gum, salt, cream of tartar and baking soda.
