This mix is another example of the commitment to only create a bread with great taste, texture and excellent nutritional quality. Like the first Breads From Anna® bread mix, this bread is easy to prepare, can be baked in the oven or a bread machine. This bread is slightly smaller and works perfectly at a 1-1/2 pound setting. It maintains the same moist, non-crumbling consistency as well as the same, smooth, rich taste. It is hoped that those individual searching for a bread that is even more tailored to their needs will find their search is over and the lunch box can now be packed with a sandwich or the pizza can be to be topped!
- Each bag of Breads From Anna® makes a large loaf in a bread machine (16-20 slices).
- All mixes have a two year shelf life if stored in a cool, dry area
Breads From Anna® Gluten, Corn, Dairy, Soy, Nut (including peanuts) & Rice Free Bread Mix Ingredients:
Tapioca flour, arrowroot flour, chickpea flour, pinto bean flour, navy bean flour, millet flour, potato starch, Montina®, crystallized honey, xanthan gum, salt, yeast.
Please note to those with a corn allergy that the company that supplies our xanthan gum has confirmed with us it is corn free. If you would like further confirmation, please call or email us and we can provide documentation.
Some of you may notice we are replacing the maple sugar in this mix with crystallized honey. The taste, nutritional value and integrity of the bread remains the same. This change will begin towards the end of February 2010.
Our Bulk is 25 pound of the flour blend (not indivivual mixes).
Yeast is not included with the bulk. We recommen SAF Gourmet Perfct Rise Yeast.
