The name of our mixes has changed to Breads From Anna®; we were formerly known as Manna From Anna. The name is the only thing that has changed, there is nothing in the bread mix that is different.

All Breads From Anna mixes are nut free (including peanuts).

Please note to those with a corn allergy: The company that supplies our xanthan gum has confirmed with us that their xanthan gum is corn free. If you would like further confirmation, please call or email us and we can provide documentation, digitally.

The dark specks you will see in our flour is the Montina.
