Wraps/Flatbread

One package of Breads From Anna® Gluten and Yeast Free mix or Gluten, Corn, Dairy and Yeast Free Mix.

Optional:

  • 1 heaping tablespoon of dried parsley
  • 2 heaping tablespoons of dried onion flakes.
  • Add to flour blend, whisk until well combined.

Add these wet ingredients to the dry flour blend:

  • 3 whole eggs
  • 1 3/4 cups of water, milk or non-dairy drink
  • 1/3 cup oil (canola, olive, coconut, butter or any other oil you like using)

Directions:

  1. Blend well until all lumps are smooth.
  2. Spoon out 3-4 tablespoons of dough and place onto center of Flatbread maker.
  3. Close lid and let sit about 2 minutes.
  4. Place handle down over lid and press down adding pressure to flatten out bread.
  5. Repeat this 2-3 times in quick succession of adding pressure; you need to do this downward pressureto allow steam to excape.

One package of mix will make approximately 20 pieces of flatbread/wraps.
Dough can be stored in refrigerator for 24 hours and used incrementally.
