Bulk-Yeast Free
Note: We recommend a scale to measure out your flour (most accurate).
Do not use a liquid measuring cup for dry ingredients.
Ingredients:
- Breads From Anna Yeast Free Flour Mix
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 1/2-cups non-diary liquid (soy milk, rice milk, or any nut milk (coconut) works very well)
- 3 Extra large eggs
Directions:
- Measure out 3 3/4-cups Breads From Anna Yeast Free Flour Mix (18.10 oz or 513g). It's recommened you use a scale for the most accurate results.
- On lowest speed of mixer (or by hand), blend eggs and egg white until creamy.
- Add wet ingredients. Once wet ingredients are blended, slowly add the dry ingredients and mix well. Do not over mix.
- Place into a greased and lightly dusted (rice flour or tapioca starch) 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 heavy weight loaf pan. Bake for 70 minutes at 375 degrees.
