Bulk-Yeast Free

Note: We recommend a scale to measure out your flour (most accurate).

Do not use a liquid measuring cup for dry ingredients.

Ingredients:

  • Breads From Anna Yeast Free Flour Mix
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 1/2-cups non-diary liquid (soy milk, rice milk, or any nut milk (coconut) works very well)
  • 3 Extra large eggs

Directions:

  1. Measure out 3 3/4-cups Breads From Anna Yeast Free Flour Mix (18.10 oz or 513g). It's recommened you use a scale for the most accurate results.
  2. On lowest speed of mixer (or by hand), blend eggs and egg white until creamy.
  3. Add wet ingredients. Once wet ingredients are blended, slowly add the dry ingredients and mix well. Do not over mix.
  4. Place into a greased and lightly dusted (rice flour or tapioca starch) 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 heavy weight loaf pan. Bake for 70 minutes at 375 degrees.
