All Breads From Anna® mixes are packaged in a gluten-free and nut-free facility and all ingredients are sourced from gluten-free vendors. All mixes are kosher. Our gluten, soy, rice and nut free (including peanuts) mix (red label) does contain small amounts of powdered skim milk. This milk is OUD. All Breads From Anna® mixes are high in protein and fiber and only sweetened with maple or honey, no refined sugars. The ingredients used are all-natural, free of any additives or flavor enhancers.

Gluten Evolution® began as a personal chef service in 2002. Today Gluten Evolution® is also a test kitchen and creator of Breads From Anna® mixes, available in stores and online as of March 2004. The personal chef service continues to be an educational force for helping others learn to live very well on the gluten-free diet.
